Growing Comet Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 9, 2026 · Applies to the Google Play Android app “Growing Comet” (com.leveluptodaystudio.growingcomet.aos)

1. Overview

Growing Comet (the “Game”) can be played without signing up or logging in. We do not run a member server, and the Game does not ask you to enter your name, phone number, or email. There are no in-app purchases.

2. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (level, Growth Matter, Skill Points, upgrades, settings, and so on) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us. If you clear the app’s data or reinstall the app, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it.

3. Ads and third-party services

The Game offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob and uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for ad consent messages. These services may process the following data for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics:

IP address and approximate location estimated from it
App interactions, such as app launches and ad views
Diagnostics, such as app and device performance and errors
Device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID

This data is encrypted in transit and processed by Google. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized. Google’s processing follows the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information in advertising.

4. Your choices

Watching ads is optional. You can play the core game without watching ads.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
In regions where consent is required, you can make your choice in the Google consent screen shown in the Game.
You can delete your saved progress by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

5. Retention

Progress on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Data processed by the ad services is kept and deleted under Google’s policies. If you email us, we keep your email only as long as needed to reply and resolve your request.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the ad services (Google) described in section 3, we do not share your information with third parties.

7. Children

The Game is not primarily directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
